  • Objectives: FDI or domestic enterprises in the design, construction or operation optimization phase.
  • Professional consulting session (1 hour)
  • Objective: Identify technical – management – financial problems in production.
  • Content:
    – Analyze process bottlenecks, productivity loss (Flow & Waste Analysis).
    – Evaluate cash flow, production costs.

    – Propose improvements Lean Manufacturing, operational KPI.

  • Intensive services according to contract. Detailed content:
    – Designing production lines & factory layout according to Job Shop Lean and Power of Process standards.
    – Selecting equipment & technology (ensuring compliance with the Labor Safety and Environment Law 2020).
    – Building an operational system (SOP, ISO 9001/14001, 45001).
    – Consulting support for mid-level management teams according to the Lean CFO method: linking operations with financial results.

Package 3: MARKET & PROJECT EXPANSION SUPPORT

  • Objectives: Vietnamese and foreign enterprises looking for product output, expanding cooperation, or developing investment projects.
  • Strategic consulting session (1 hour)
  • Objective: Assess capacity, identify expansion opportunities and feasible cooperation channels.

Package 4: CAPITAL SUPPORT – DEBT & RELATED LEGAL

  • Target: Enterprises needing support in the process of working with banks, financial institutions, or handling corporate debt.
  • 1-hour consultation session
  • Objective: Prepare documents, determine effective working strategies with banks or creditors and units with public debt.
  • Content:
    – Analyze credit records and strengths and weaknesses.
    – Advise on negotiation methods and debt management.
    – Propose restructuring strategies safe and legal capital.
    – Consulting on knowledge and solutions for working with units with public debt.
  • Legal note:
    – Do not practice law, accounting, or finance.

    – Do not broker or intermediate capital.
    – Provide information, guidance, and legal analysis reports according to the 2005 Commercial Law and the 2020 Enterprise Law.
