- Objective: Prepare documents, determine effective working strategies with banks or creditors and units with public debt.
- Content:
– Analyze credit records and strengths and weaknesses.
– Advise on negotiation methods and debt management.
– Propose restructuring strategies safe and legal capital.
– Consulting on knowledge and solutions for working with units with public debt. - Legal note:
– Do not practice law, accounting, or finance.– Do not broker or intermediate capital.
– Provide information, guidance, and legal analysis reports according to the 2005 Commercial Law and the 2020 Enterprise Law.
